How do I return an item?
In case the item you receive for whatever reason is not to your liking we will accept a return of said item. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, and 14 days after receiving your item to ship the package back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging (if it has packaging). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping cost and the original shipping fee is not refunded. In case the original packaging is damaged make sure to replace it.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Can I return items bought with a gift card?
Yes, you can return items bought with a gift card, however you will be refunded back onto your original Looped Abode gift card.
I've paid with Klarna, how do returns work?
With Klarna, you only pay for what you keep. If you return some of or all of your order, Klarna will update your statement as soon as the online store processes your return. For example, if you ordered two items at 500 SEK, and returned one, your updated statement amount would be 500 SEK. You will then have until your payment date to complete this purchase.
Will my original postage costs be refunded?
Postage costs will only be refunded if your entire order is damaged or faulty. In this case we will issue you a full refund. Read more about this in our Refund Policy.
My order was damaged upon delivery, what do I do?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you have received damaged goods we will simply cancel your order and issue you a full refund for the damaged item.
To be eligible for a refund - you must send us a picture of the damaged goods and outer packaging within 3 days of delivery.
Where is my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
