We cover all taxes & duties for countries in the EU only.

For orders outside of the EU, customs charges are outside of Looped Abode's control and are charged at the sole discretion of your local customs office. Due to this, we’re unable to cover or refund any charges you may incur.

We’re unable to predict if or when you may be charged but for more information you can always contact your local customs office.

Should you order and choose not to pay any outstanding customs or import duties on your parcel, it will be returned to us for a refund minus shipping cost and a 20 % handling fee. Please note that once a return has been processed, we’re unable to stop this or have your items re-sent.

Withing Sweden and the European Union we deliver with DHL at fixed rates calculated on weight. Delivery takes approximately 1-5 business days.

Our international shipping is delivered with DHL Express at fixed rates calculated on weight. Delivery takes approximately 2-14 business days.

Yes, you can! Once your order is dispatched from our facilities you will recieve a e-mail confirmation that your shipment is on its way. This e-mail will also contain a tracking number so you can follow your parcel until it gets to you.
